my face is full of pimples. i dont want to use harsh soaps which is not good for skin. I used lifebuoy for daily facewash but it didn't help.

u can use any medicated soap from medicine store...or u can use medimix..id u have dry skin use himalaya lemon and neem soap...if u have oily skin u can use medimix(green colour) or u can use turmeric soap( yellow colour)...best is neem base soap...don't
